I have decided to remove Dr. Will from the game. I tried talking to him, but he hasn't replied to my last message on Tuesday. It's now Friday, 3 days has passed. I gave him a chance, but his lack of communication with me makes me think he does not give importance to this game as the other 3 coaches have shown. I think everyone here understands that if you really want to be in a game, you tell the host if you're going to be busy or going to be away and will have no access. Dr. Will did not tell me anything that he will be busy. I felt that I am the one making the effort into keeping him in the game, and it's just taking too much time off of my own personal time.
This really comes in such a bad time too, since we're ready to evict 1 of his players, so after this round, only 2 of his players left, which will either be given a new coach, or be split up to 2 of the 3 remaining coaches. I have decided that the fairest thing is to let his players decide their fate in this game. They're the ones who are left in this position, so I might as well give them the chance to control their own fate in this game.
IANU, panties, Skateboard Tom: I want you talk amongst each other, and then each of you send me a private vote on what you want to do. You can either get a new coach OR you will be randomly assigned to one of the 3 remaining coaches. There are 3 of you, so there shouldn't be a problem with ties.
