OK, this turns out to be an easy decision.
I made it very clear in my TC that if Jonas did not show up to the vote or get in contact with me (I also PM'd him several places) that he would be removed from the game. It is not fair to active players who are invested and working hard.
So that is happening. No votes cast will be counted against any of you and Jonas is leaving tonight.

Jonas - I hope you show up for jury duty or you will face the 1 year ban.
