Because of you and the other Filippino members of SEG, I am definitely more interested to see what they do with the location in the next two seasons than I have been with any other location in a long time.

I'm thinking it's going to be the typical beach location though (we have lots of beautiful beaches). However, the location is near the "swimming with whale sharks" area, so hopefully they have that as one of the rewards. Yes. Not sure if they're playing in the current season, but there's Raymond, LA (Filipino but lives in Canada), and ... I think his latest account was HannibalBarca or something, but he is known as CallMeRob. There's also MK/Stitch but I don't see him here in SEG anymore.

Yay!!! So I kept watching their preview for Season 25, and ... I kind of think it looked more Thailand than Philippines lol. One of the buildings shown certainly didn't look like the Philippines (or at least not the ones most houses look like). I would have disagreed about the snakes too, but with the recent snake infestation here in our place, I can't say that's not true lol. Sharks? I don't remember anyone getting bitten by sharks here. I here more news of shark bites from the US and Australia. I'm beginning to think it's going to be one of those cutthroat seasons with all these shark/snakes imagery. I saw one of the tribe names, yellow flag with the name "Tandang" on it (emphasis on "dang"). Tandang is Filipino for Rooster. I saw a monkey figure on the blue flag, so maybe their tribe will be named ... we have 2 words for it, "unggoy" or "matsing", but honestly I don't like it as a tribe name, or even a symbolism for a tribe! Rooster is great, sends out a strong signal, but monkey?  They shot the season from March to May, which are generally summer months. We had some rain here and there, but they're not the nightmare typhoons we get from June to November. If they're just about to shoot Season 26 from June, those people are going to be in hell. Season 25 people should be lucky enough not to experience storms. |

Kalabaw (Red) - water buffalo
Tandang (Yellow) - rooster
And someone "matched" it with the Outwith, Outplay, Outlast words. Very interesting.
Matsing - Outwit, Filipino folklore associates monkey with cleverness
Tandang - Outplay, Roosters are used for cock fights
Kalabaw - Outlast, Water buffalo is a symbol of sturdiness

I have to say that although I'm not a huge fan of the 2 or 3 returning player thing (I'd prefer a full all stars or a FvF format) I am happy with the 3 they picked and I am thrilled to see three tribes back...hasn't happened since all stars

Im also not a tremendous fan of the people coming back. Although given the limited pool of people that it can possibly be, I'd say these are the 3 that make sense.
