Hello Everyone! This is just a blog that I have created to document my weight loss journey. I have already slimmed down over 50 pounds from when I was at my heaviest, but now I am going to put myself through a challenge to get my body fit and healthy. This is going to document my challenge, which is starting tomorrow, and that is the "Insanity" workout program. I am going to be telling my thoughts and high points and low points during the 63 days it will take to complete this. Keeping the blog will keep me motivated along the way to push through the struggles and pain and get to the success at the end.

Always remember, it's not just about weight loss, it's also a lifestyle change. It doesn't end when you reach your target, because then you have to keep on working to maintain your ideal weight. Good luck!

Great job ant!
I lost 75 lbs as of last March.. and have kept it off completely... and it was a total change of lifestyle for me as JP said! Keep up the good work! I kept a video journal myself, and one of the best things for my motivation is looking at those first few weeks, and watching myself turn into who I am now!
